LGT Wealth India Private Limited is inviting applications for a paid Legal Internship , offering an excellent opportunity for aspiring law students to gain hands-on experience across diverse domains including PMS, RIA, NBFC, GIFT City operations , and the core legal function of the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

(i) Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of a 5-year integrated law program. (ii) Excellent research and analytical skills. (iii) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. (iv) Strong drafting and communication skills. (v) Ability to assist in contract drafting/vetting, including distribution agreements, technology agreements, SLAs, term sheets, LOIs, engagement letters, empanelment agreements, internal policies, governance structures, and standard contracts.
