Lynxsoftech is looking for a Flutter App Developer Intern to develop a sample project and contribute to real-world applications. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in mobile development and Flutter.

Interview Process

There will be two rounds of the interview process:

Practical Evaluation: Candidates will be asked to develop a sample project in their preferred area (e.g., Flutter, Android, iOS, Dart, SQLite, Firebase, API).
Oral Interview: Technical and general question-answer round.

Employment Agreement

Selected candidates have to complete the 6-month or required internship period.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong interest or experience in Flutter / Dart development with a portfolio of projects (academic or live preferred)
Good knowledge of Flutter SDK, Dart programming language, and widget-based UI development
Strong understanding of Flutter's widget tree, state management concepts, and app architecture
Experience with common state management solutions such as Provider, GetX, or BLoC
Understanding of responsive and adaptive layouts for both Android and iOS platforms
Experience building screens for mobile apps including login flows, dashboards, lists, and forms
Familiarity with Flutter navigation, routing, and deep linking concepts
Basic understanding of RESTful API integration using HTTP or Dio packages
Experience working with JSON parsing and data models in Dart
Ability to collaborate with backend developers and understand API contracts
Knowledge of Flutter packages and pub.dev ecosystem for extending app functionality
Understanding of mobile UX principles, platform-specific design guidelines (Material & Cupertino)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within sprint deadlines
Good written and spoken English communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications)
Basic knowledge of native Android or iOS development concepts
Familiarity with Flutter flavors, build variants, or CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of local storage solutions such as SharedPreferences, Hive, or SQLite

Education
