Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, promotions)
• Support lead generation and sales outreach activities
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance
• Coordinate with internal teams for product listings and promotions
• Help manage marketplace platform
• Create basic marketing content (post captions, email drafts, banners)
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Maintain sales and marketing data using Excel/Google Sheets
