Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Individual with relevant experience in Collections or Freshers with good knowledge in Collections, to join our International Voice Process team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers in [Region, e.g., the US/UK] to manage overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely debt recovery while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate in any stream (10+2/Undergraduates may be considered based on experience).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills.
• Experience: 02 years of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process). Prior experience in Collections or Accounts is a major plus.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts to align with international time zones.
