Omega Healthcare invites fresh graduates to attend a Walk-In Drive for the Voice Process Accounts Receivable (AR) role in Chennai. This opportunity offers exposure to US Healthcare / Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management and a chance to build a career in AR with training provided.

Selected candidates will work night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM), Monday to Friday, with cab facilities and Saturday/Sunday off; excellent learning and growth opportunities; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a night shift / US shift.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Make calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments.
• Follow up on insurance claims, unpaid claims and outstanding balances.
• Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and claim-related information.
• Support the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
• Meet process quality, productivity and communication standards.
• Training will be provided to selected candidates.
