Job summary

Signal Expert Global in Indore is seeking a Foreign Exchange Specialist for a full-time on-site role. You will analyze foreign exchange markets, manage trading activities, execute currency transactions, monitor trends, apply technical analysis, and provide currency trading recommendations.

You will also ensure compliance with regulations, support clients with risk assessments, and collaborate with marketing and research teams to serve investors and traders.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate or post graduate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of global markets, especially Forex/Comex.
• Self-motivated team player with relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition & Grievance Handling.
• Explain Trading Strategies, Company Terms, and Market Risk to the Clients.
• Generate prospects on Daily Basis via Telephonic, Visual & Text conversations.
• Conduct Risk Profile Management & Trading Strategies sessions with the clients.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing & Research Team to Service Best to the Clients.
• Explore Global Market, Keep updated on current affairs to Serve Investors & Traders.
• Achieve Monthly tasks via Client Acquisition on Generating Leads.
