Job summary
Teleperformance is hiring for a voice process role handling international banking queries. Immediate joiners required; Malad West, Mumbai, with day shifts from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM.
Minimum 6 months experience, English + Hindi proficiency, and qualification of HSC or any degree (UG/PG) are acceptable. Salary ranges from 4.5 to 4.8 LPA with incentives to be given separately; 6 days a week, with Sunday or rotational week off.

- Min 6 months experience in voice/customer support.
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication.
- Open to candidates with HSC or any degree (UG/PG).

Day Shifts only 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (8hr work + 1hr break = 9hr login)
Salary: 4.5 to 4.8 LPA + Incentives seperatly
6 days working / 1 day Sunday (or) rotational week off
