Qualifications

• M.Com graduates with UK Bookkeeping/UK Accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) analysis.
• Process payroll and manage related statutory filings.
• Maintain clients books of accounts, including processing sales and purchase invoices, recording administrative expenses, and performing bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly management accounts based on client requirements.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns within the prescribed deadlines.
• Reconcile various ledgers, including VAT, PAYE, loans, and other relevant accounts.
• Prepare timesheets and process payroll for clients.
• Communicate with clients and manage day-to-day workflows, address queries, and ensure timely and accurate task delivery with minimal errors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
