Job summary

ERM Placement Services in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Associate Internal Audit (FS Global) with 3+ years of experience to lead planning activities and client engagements in the Internal Audit space.

You will assess and design risk and control frameworks, apply governance and compliance knowledge, and help implement new controls to address evolving risks across financial services clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Audit with Investment/Global Banks and capital market products.
• Familiarity with fixed income, derivatives, bonds and structured products.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning activities related to Internal Audit, SOX 404, Risk & Controls and Compliance client engagement.

• Lead planning activities related to Internal Audit, SOX 404, Risk & Controls and Compliance client engagement
• Work with clients to assist in assessing, designing and implementation new Risk and Control frameworks, Sustainable Solutions (including applying knowledge of governance, risk and compliance tools), Operating processes and people models to address key and evolving risks, as necessary

Mandatory skill sets:

• Experience in Internal Audit with Investment/Global Banks - General understanding of capital market related products in fixed income, investment banking and/or global capital market products such as Derivatives (Listed Options, Futures, Rates, Credit, Equities and Structured Products), Bonds and Futures etc.
