Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management and internal audit.
• Ability to plan and execute internal audit engagements across procurement, production, storage, finance, and logistics.
• Experience preparing comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ability to monitor corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
• Experience conducting process walkthroughs and risk assessments in agriculture/feed production value chain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, observations, and practical recommendations for management action.
• Discuss findings with department heads to develop actionable improvement plans.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure identified issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and risk assessments to identify potential control weaknesses and operational risks within the agriculture/feed production value chain.

1. Risk management in internal audit is like Identify the process gap and evaluate the risk company objectives.
2. Plan and execute internal audit engagements across various operations, including procurement, production (feed mill operations), storage, finance, and logistics. This includes developing audit scopes and programs based on identified risks. (Follow the target dates for closure audit)
3. Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, observations, and practical recommendations for management action. Discuss findings with department heads to develop actionable improvement plans.
4. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure identified issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
5. Conduct process walkthroughs and risk assessments to identify potential control weaknesses and operational risks within the agriculture/feed production value chain.
6. SAP knowlegde, Presentation skills, Result oriented, Postive attitute, good in MS Excel with short keys.
