Job summary

The internal auditor at Amdocs India Pune will primarily lead SOX testing for India and participate in global audit projects, collaborating with Audit Directors across the globe. This role reports to the India Internal Audit Director and may require international travel based on project needs.

You will review business process controls, ITGC and application controls, perform key reports testing, and leverage MS Excel and data analytics tools; SAP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in SOX testing.
• Experience of internal audits in IT companies is an added advantage.
• Ability to conduct independent fieldwork per SOX cycle and coordinate with process owners.

What will your job look like?

• Will be primarily responsible for SOX testing in India but will also be assigned on Global Internal Audit projects as per project needs and skill sets and should be comfortable to work with Audit Directors across the globe.
• The position reports to the Internal Audit Director in India who leads the Internal Audit division for India.
• The position is eligible for International Travel based on project needs and skills sets
• You will conduct reviews of business process controls, ITGC controls, applications controls, and key reports testing

All you need is...

• Should be a CA /CPA with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in SOX Testing.
• Experience of Internal Audits in IT companies would be an added advantage
• Ability to conduct independent fieldwork as per SOX cycle and align with process owners on findings and recommendations.
• Mindset to proactively seek relevant education and training opportunities.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance in India and exposure to various laws such as Labor Law, Taxations etc.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to interact with people across the globe.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Data Analysis is a must. Will have an opportunity to use other data analytics tools.
• Ability to work with people across the globe with different cultures
• Sound knowledge of IT General Controls
• Good Exposure to SAP
