SBG Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Internal Auditor to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control systems. The role requires CA qualification and 2–4 years post-qualification Internal Audit experience.

The successful candidate will conduct audits, assess internal controls, review SOP compliance, identify risks, and prepare reports with root-cause analyses and actionable recommendations, coordinating with department heads to implement improvements.

• CA is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification Internal Audit experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct operational, financial, and process audits across business functions.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Review compliance with SOPs, policies, and approval matrices.
• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports with observations, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure of action points.
• Support the enhancement of governance frameworks and internal control systems.
• Coordinate with functional heads to drive continuous process improvement.
