Associate-Internal AuditLocation:Nagpur/WardhaThe purpose of the job of an internal auditor in a firm is to evaluate and assess client’s internal control systems, risk management processes, and financial and operational procedures to provide assurance to client that the organization’s assets are being protected and used effectively and efficiently. The internal auditor’s role is to identify and evaluate areas of risk and to provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring that the organization is in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.* Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the organization’s internal controls and risk management processes.* Reviewing and evaluating financial and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.* Identifying and recommending areas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.* Preparing audit reports in PPT and presenting findings and recommendations to senior audit manager / partner.Providing advisory services and training to client on internal controls and risk management.**Education Qualification:** Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA)**Technical / Functional / Soft Skills Required**:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.* Knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and auditing standards.* Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Companies Act 2013, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.* Excellent project management and financial reporting skills.LocationNagpur(Wardha)
