Strong analytical skills and reporting abilities are essential to deliver impactful observations and recommendations. Experience in internal audit (including articleship) is mandatory, and SAP auditing knowledge is required.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic Management Assurance team. As a part of management assurance team, you will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of the organization's risk management, control, and governance processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a diverse range of audit areas and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for executing the management assurance reviews as per the defined/ agreed plan and preparing reports/ observation sheets which will be presented to the management. The ideal candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant with prior experience in internal audit and a willingness to travel to the plants located across various states in India, as per requirement.

Experience in Internal Audit is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing annual management assurance plans.
• Conduct detailed audits of various business processes, including financial, operational, and compliance areas.
• Oversee concurrent review for key risk areas, as per requirements from the management.
• Utilize analytical techniques and data analysis tools to identify potential risks and control weaknesses.
• Perform test procedures and document audit evidence to support findings and conclusions.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Effectively communicate audit findings to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Present audit results in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of audit methodologies and tools.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
• Periodically visit the different plants, as per the requirement, to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and obtain an action plan from concerned stakeholders, on the issues identified during the visit.
• Identify requirements of policy & procedures and get them developed and implemented.
• Assist in the implementation of audit related tools
• Follow up on the status of action plan on the issues identified by consultants as well as by internal team.
