Qualifications

• 25 years of professional experience in graphic design or related fields.
• Hands-on with Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Firefly.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, and layout.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptualisation skills.
• Understanding of corporate branding and visual identity.
• Ability to create content across multiple platforms and formats.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to ElevenLabs and other generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics, promotional videos, and short-form content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer & Video creator, and editor with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in motion graphics, creating videos using AI, with a good understanding of emerging AI-powered creative tools for videos such as Adobe Firefly.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics, animated creatives, promotional videos, product videos, and short-form video content for digital platforms.
• Design and maintain creative assets in line with brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate concepts, briefs, and campaign ideas into high-quality visual content.
• Create storyboards, visual concepts, layouts, animations, transitions, and video compositions for marketing and corporate communications.
• Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, including basic video editing, transitions, audio, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Explore and incorporate AI-powered creative tools into the design and content-production workflow.
• Develop Text-to-Sound / AI voice-over content using tools such as ElevenLabs.
• Create effective Text-to-Video prompts and visual concepts using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and other emerging generative AI platforms.
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals, animations, video concepts, voice-overs, and creative variations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Adapt existing designs into multiple formats and dimensions for LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet required standards for quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, motion graphics techniques, AI creative tools, and digital content formats.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 25 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Canva
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Firefly
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and layout.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptualisation skills.
• Good understanding of corporate branding and brand guidelines.
• Ability to create visually consistent content across multiple platforms and formats.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation, video editing, transitions, and storytelling.
• Good knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, and other generative AI tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently convert it into a strong visual concept.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B, technology, cybersecurity, IT, or corporate marketing.
• Experience creating product explainers, technology videos, presentations, infographics, and corporate communications.
• Knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as After Effects and Photoshop.
• Understanding of social media design specifications and video formats.
• Experience with AI-based image, video, voice, and animation generation.
• A strong and diverse design portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and video work.
