Here’s how your stipend will grow during the program:
- 1-3 Months – ₹2500 – Experience Certificate
- 4th Month – ₹3000 – 5500 - 8000
- 5th Month – ₹3500 – 6000 - 8500
- 6th Month – ₹4000 – 6500 - 9000
- 7th Month – ₹4500 – 7000 - 9500
- 8th Month – ₹5000 – 7500 - 10000
- 9th Month – ₹6000 – 8500 - 11000
- 10th Month – ₹7000 – 9000 - 12000
- 11th Month – ₹8000 – 9500 - 13000
- 12th Month – ₹8000 + Appointment Letter – 10000 - 15000
After completion, based on your final performance, you may receive an appointment letter with a salary package starting from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- Annual Increment based on performance: 3% to 20%.
- Promotion every 2 to 3 years based on available vacancies.
- Retirement age at 60 years.
- Paid holidays and incentives.
- Annual bonus applicable post full-time appointment.
During Internship:
- Weekly Holiday: Every Sunday (52 days/year).
- Public Holidays: 10 days/year.
- Total Holidays in 1 Year: 62 Days.
After Full-time Appointment:
- Paid Holidays: 14 days/year.
- Annual Bonuses and Incentives applicable.
