Job summary

CoinDCX in Mumbai seeks a high-velocity VIP Options Trader to own engagement with top-tier traders and drive adoption of options products. This role focuses on delivering timely market insights, growing trading volumes and ensuring a superior trader experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive VIP trader engagement by building and owning high-value trader relationships with personalised updates on options products and market opportunities.
• Drive product penetration by identifying trader needs and leading cross-sell and adoption of CoinDCX options and derivatives.
• Own trading growth and retention by monitoring activity and designing interventions to reactivate traders and sustain engagement.
• Deliver market and product insights by sharing actionable data on options strategies, volatility, trends, margins and product developments.
• Drive trader VoC by owning feedback with active traders and collaborating with Product, Research and Operations to improve the options trading experience.

What You’ll Do

• Drive VIP Trader Engagement: Build and own relationships with high-value Options Traders through personalised engagement, delivering timely updates on options products, listings and market opportunities.
• Drive Product Penetration: Identify trader needs and lead cross-sell and adoption of relevant CoinDCX options and derivatives products.
• Own Trading Growth & Retention: Monitor trading activity and volumes, design targeted interventions to reactivate traders and deliver sustained trading engagement.
• Deliver Market & Product Insights: Build trader trust by sharing actionable insights on options strategies, volatility, market trends, margin and product developments.
• Drive Trader VoC: Own the feedback loop with active traders and collaborate with Product, Research and Operations to design and deliver a superior options trading experience.
