Job summary

Reward360 Global Services Pvt Ltd, India’s premier customer engagement solutions company, invites fresh engineers to join its Bangalore office. You will contribute to end-to-end system development and influence how we build high-scale loyalty platforms using Java/J2EE, React, Angular, and Python.

The role requires solid data structures knowledge, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a high sense of ownership and integrity.

Qualifications

• Freshers or currently pursuing an Engineering degree.
• Personal projects or interest in Java/J2EE technologies, React, Angular, Python (Gen AI preferred, but others considered).

About the role:

You will have the opportunity to build systems end to end and improve & influence customer behavior. You will also influence best practices and drive how we operate large systems in an efficient manner.
