Job summary

TP seeks an Analytics professional to perform general analytics and statistical modeling on data across multiple business areas, including Market Economics, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

You will define data requirements, collect, clean, analyze, model and visualize data to answer business questions and enhance decision making. At this level you work independently, often mentoring junior colleagues and aligning with established standards.

Qualifications

• Defines data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling and visualization.
• Examines and identifies data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision making.
• Provides inputs for complex Data Science and Big Data Mining projects. Identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes.
• Positions on this level are fully proficient in executing established standards.
• Can be a formal team leader of more junior co-workers and may set day-to-day operational objectives.

• Work independently within set frames and follow set course; build knowledge from a degree and ~1–2 years of practical experience; develop and share best practices.

Job description

• Responsible for performing general analytics and statistical modeling on existing data sets in various areas of the business (e.g., Market Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing/Advertising, Financial Services, Scientific Research, etc.).
• Activities include: defining data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling and visualization. Examines and identifies data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision making.
• Provides inputs for complex Data Science and Big Data Mining projects. Identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes.Positions on this level are fully proficient in executing established standards.
• Works independently within set frames and follows set course. Has a knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree and approximately 1-2 years of practical professional experience in a particular area. Develops own knowledge, shares best practice and develops relevant/appropriate solutions. Positions at this level are expected to continuously improve the day-to-day activities/processes.
• Can be a formal team leader of more junior co-workers and may set day-to-day operational objectives.
