Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. invites an CA student eligible for industrial training to join the finance team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on FP&A support, KPI analysis, and coordination of planning processes across LOB/SBU metrics.

With exposure to SAP, Hyperion, and MS Office, you will contribute to estimating, budgeting, and capex activities while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal Honeywell policies. The 12‑month program runs from office location in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Support in weekly / monthly analysis of all major business KPI’s from an overall LOB / SBU perspective incl. all P&L / WC and Cash metrics with in depth analysis on major variance drivers in a standard and robust format.
• Support and coordinate the STRAP / AOP process from a Financial perspective in close partnership with the business & ISC
• Support in Developing and enable strong and robust estimating process for midterm (3+9 / 5+7/ 8+4) and for quarterly Short Range Outlooks & Summary of Risks & Opportunities (SRO) by close partnership with the business.
• Coordinate and support on Finance aspect of Capex process in partnership with Pole / Global Finance
• Ensure compliance with all corporate statutory laws, US GAAP and Honeywell Accounting Policies
• Partner Special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
