CoinDCX in Bengaluru is recruiting for an Internship in Enterprise Business to work on initiatives that transform how finance works in India. You will research, engage, and win institutional clients, turning conversations into actionable opportunities and building a scalable outreach pipeline.

You will map prospects, build relationships with high-ticket clients, and help shape GTM strategy while learning from a fast-moving, regulated crypto market.

Responsibilities

• Research and map institutional prospects across prop desks, market makers, family offices, and algo trading firms.
• Connect with high-ticket institutional clients to build relationships, generate interest, and move opportunities forward.
• Build and maintain structured databases and trackers that support scalable outreach and decision-making.
• Support GTM execution, from campaign and meeting planning to on-ground engagement.
• Track market, competitor, and regulatory developments relevant to institutional access to crypto in India.
• Translate client conversations into insight that shapes strategy, positioning, and product priorities.

About The Role

• This isn’t a typical Intern Enterprise Business role.
• You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.
• CoinDCX Enterprise Business builds the institutional gateway to crypto in India, working with prop trading desks, market makers, algo traders, and family offices who need compliant, scalable access to digital assets.
• You will work directly on how CoinDCX identifies, engages, and wins institutional clients. This means research, relationship-building, and problem-solving on live deals, not busywork on the side.
• You will help build the systems, relationships, and insight that turn a fragmented institutional market into a structured pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Research and map institutional prospects across prop desks, market makers, family offices, and algo trading firms
• Connect with high-ticket institutional clients to build relationships, generate interest, and move opportunities forward

• You've identified at least one process or workflow improvement that the team has adopted

Why This Role Matters & What’s In It For You

• Institutional adoption of crypto in India is still being defined, and CoinDCX is building the rails for it. This role gives you a direct seat in that build, working alongside the people closing the first wave of institutional relationships in the country.
• You'll work closely with the Enterprise Business team, get exposure to real deals and real client conversations from week one, and learn how a GTM motion is built from the ground up in a regulated, fast-moving market.
