SymphonyAI is seeking an Apprentice - Learning Management System Administrator to support the administration of TLC OnDemand and Archbee LMS tools. You will handle user access, train helpdesk support, and manage client requests while collaborating with the IT team to automate processes.

The role involves setting up new courses and materials, maintaining documentation, and contributing to future WalkMe platform tasks and Shoutout development.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with LMS software like Docebo for user management and reporting.
• Basic HTML/CSS to troubleshoot UI issues in LMS pages.
• SQL/Database basics to query LMS data and generate insights.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI/AICC e-learning standards.
• Strong customer service mindset for learners, instructors and admins.
• Proficient with Outlook and data entry for ticketing and documentation.
• Clear written communication and ability to explain technical issues simply.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain user accounts in the Docebo LMS, manage access and deactivation.
• Lead CRM ticket management for TLC OnDemand requests and coordinate with TLC team.
• Support LMS page redesigns and decommission legacy tools as needed.
• Perform basic analysis and reporting in TLC OnDemand for quarterly and ad hoc insights.

We are seeking a motivated Learning Management System Administrator Apprentice to support the management and administration of SymphonyAI’s client-facing LMS tools, TLC OnDemand and Archbee. This role includes providing training helpdesk support, managing user access, and handling client requests.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration

• Set up and maintain user accounts in the Docebo LMS system, including adding new users, updating support team assignments, and deactivating users.
• Investigate and resolve user-related errors and process necessary changes.

Customer Support and Ticket Management

• Lead the management of CRM tickets for TLC OnDemand requests.
• Maintain and manage the TLC mailbox, addressing and resolving requests, and coordinating with TLC team members as required.

System and Process Optimization

• Support the execution of LMS page redesign as legacy tools are decommissioned.
• Perform basic analysis and reporting within the TLC OnDemand system for quarterly, year-end, and ad hoc insights.
• Regularly review LMS AI-generated data for accuracy and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the SAI IT team to automate processes where possible.

Content and Documentation Support

• Assist with setting up new courses and course materials.
• Help develop and maintain standard operating documents and training materials.
• Assist with developing training documents and Knowledge Base Articles.

Future Potential

• Opportunity to expand into programming and managing learning content within the WalkMe platform, including tasks like Shoutout development and publishing (jQuery knowledge required).
