Job summary

Quest Alliance invites applications for a Placement Intern to join our Placement team in New Delhi. The role supports learner outreach, placement coordination, employer engagement, and data management to strengthen ITI graduate opportunities across Haryana.

The candidate should be a fresher, with 12th pass or above, and be ready to travel within Delhi NCR and Haryana. The internship runs Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a stipend up to ₹15,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
• Open to frequent travel within Delhi NCR and Haryana.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aspiration and placement status calls with Haryana ITI alumni.
• Follow up with alumni regarding employment opportunities and placement updates.
• Maintain accurate learner records and placement-related information.
• Collect and update placement evidence received through email or WhatsApp.
• Generate, build, and maintain relationships with local employers through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Support trade-specific job opportunity generation for Haryana learners.
• Maintain regular follow-up with employer partners to strengthen engagement.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing placement drives and job fairs, as required.
• Support pre-placement and post-placement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of placement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and organized placement data, including walk-ins, line-ups, placement drives, and learner records.
• Collate, verify, and report placement data in a timely manner.
• Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
• Share weekly and monthly work plans and progress updates with the reporting team.
