You will:

• Full-Stack Development: Assist in developing user-facing features using React.js and building backend services using Python or Node.js.
• Explore GenAI: Get hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge Generative AI projects using LangChain.
• Feature Development: Support the team in building, scaling, and UI-integration for our Retail Module.
• Debug Optimize: Work with senior mentors to debug full-stack issues and understand performance tuning in production.
• Collaborate: Actively participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile sprint planning.
• Write Quality Code: Learn to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code across the entire stack.

Expertise and Qualifications Must-have:

• Strong Fundamentals: Good understanding of core computer science concepts-Data Structures, Algorithms, and basic web architecture (REST APIs, frontend-backend integration).
• Technical Familiarity: Basic coding knowledge in React.js for frontend development and at least one backend language (Python or Node.js via academic or personal projects).
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting UI and API issues.
• Growth Mentality: High eagerness to learn, adapt, and receive constructive feedback in a fast‑paced environment.
