Job summary

Dbiz.ai is seeking a QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and automation testing to join our team in Kerala. The role requires hands-on work across web, mobile, and API applications, including API testing, SQL data validation, and mobile testing.

You will design and execute test cases, develop automation scripts in Java Selenium, and collaborate closely with developers and product owners in an Agile environment.

Job Description :

QA Engineerwith strong experience inmanual testing and automation testing using Java Selenium. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding ofSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC), along with hands-on experience inAPI testing, database testing (SQL), and mobile testing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to identify test scenarios.
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Java Selenium.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman/RestAssured.
• Validate data integrity through database testing using SQL queries.
• Execute mobile application testing (Android/iOS functional and regression).
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Provide clear and timely test status reports and quality metrics.
