Job summary

WSP India is seeking a Co Ordinator Talent Acquisition to manage the preliminary phase of the selection process, including talent research and identifying candidates for open positions.

You will source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and report recruitment metrics to support decision-making while contributing to the employer branding strategy.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of operational effectiveness and support experience within a matrixed professional services environment.
• Any graduate but MBA will be preferred.
• Experience operating with an ATS system, preferably Oracle Recruit Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels and maintaining a candidate database.
• Screening and Selection: reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordination and Communication: main point of contact for candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Data Management and Reporting: maintaining recruitment data including pipelines, postings, and metrics and creating reports.
• Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategy: promote WSP India as an employer of choice and contribute to recruitment strategy.

Job Description

The Co Ordinator Talent Acquistion manages preliminary phase of the selection process. This includes Talent research through the available mediums ,to find and identify potential candidates against Open Positions .

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. You will also be responsible for maintaining a database of potential candidates for future roles.
• Candidate Screening and Selection: You will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. You will also be involved in assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Coordination and Communication: As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating interview logistics, and providing timely updates to candidates on their application status.
• Data Management and Reporting: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating recruitment data, including candidate pipelines, job postings, and recruitment metrics. You will also be responsible for creating reports and analysis on recruitment activities to support decision-making.
• Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategy: You will play a key role in promoting iCRC as an employer of choice by participating in employer branding initiatives and contributing to the development of the company's talent acquisition strategy

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept in sourcing techniques using LinkedIn & Naukri
• Proficient with the entire MS Suite of products.
• Self Starter Able to achieve results while operating independently.
• Strong communication skills and possess a team player mindset.

Desired Skills

• Experience operating within an ATS system, preferably Oracle Recruit Cloud.

Qualification

• 4-7 years of operational effectiveness and support experience within a matrixed professional services environment.
• Any graduate however MBA will be preferred.
