Job summary

Simfy Infracon seeks an proactive Interior Execution Supervisor to independently manage premium residential and commercial interior sites. You will supervise interior works, coordinate labour and vendors, and ensure timely delivery per architectural drawings.

The role requires strong planning, quality control and client liaison, with fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu, and willingness to travel across Hyderabad project sites.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials and finishes.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and execute from plans.
• Good site, labour and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil, electrical, carpentry, false-ceiling and painting works.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, vendors and project teams.
• Read architectural and interior drawings and ensure proper execution.
• Plan material requirements and control usage and wastage.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve site-level issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance and work records.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and consultants.
• Monitor timelines, site safety, cleanliness and project handover.
