Modern Habitat Interior Group is looking for a creative Interior Designer to join our Pune-based team. You will handle residential and commercial spaces, from space planning and material selection to design execution and client presentations.

We are seeking someone who can transform client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while coordinating with the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery. 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and working layouts.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar software.
• Knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and lighting.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and prepare execution drawings.
• Good visualisation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Create 3D models, renders, and design presentations for client approvals.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and space utilization needs.
• Select appropriate materials, laminates, finishes, colours, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and execution teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure drawings are followed.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation as required.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, visually appealing, and aligned with project timelines.
• Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and innovative space-planning solutions.
