• Strong conceptual and spatial design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of interior design concepts for various projects, including space planning, layout design, and furniture arrangement, ensuring adherence to client preferences, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and vision, translating concepts into compelling visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate design intent and aesthetics.
• Utilize design interior software to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and mood boards, incorporating color schemes, materials and finishes to bring designs to life.
• Work closely with the project management team to coordinate the implementation of design concepts, providing guidance and support throughout the construction and installation phases to ensure design integrity and quality.
