Job summary

SVKM in Mumbai is looking for a qualified interior designer to oversee project execution, ensuring quality and safety management while coordinating with various consultants. Responsibilities include managing site works, organizing meetings, resolving maintenance issues, and preparing progress reports. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and strong communication skills are essential.

Job Description:

Overall project execution of project which includes quality and safety management, tracking of contract program and procurement of long lead items.

To arrange co-ordination meetings, providing the approved drawings through consultants, estimation and getting quotations from material suppliers and contractors, bills certification, preparing weekly reports.

Identifying future critical technical and commercial issues which are hindering the progress of works and resolving them through coordination with architects, structural consultants, PMC and Trustees.

Co-ordination of site works with consultants and contractors, organizing site meetings to resolve bottlenecks to achieve targets.

Supervise work progress.

Resolving daily maintenance complaint received from various Institutes includingplumbing, carpentry, welding etc.

Maintaining status and reporting of the above activities to the HOD.

Visiting all Institutes as and when required.

Any other work assigned to you.
