Job summary

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD, working drawings, MEP coordination, Photoshop, and 3D design. This role involves approximately 80% field work and 20% office work, requiring regular site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are executed as per approved designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D interior designs and presentations as per project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) requirements with design and site execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and other site teams.
• Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve design or execution-related issues at site.
• Prepare and modify drawings based on site measurements and project requirements.
• Create design presentations and visual materials using Photoshop.
• Take accurate site measurements and translate them into drawings.
• Ensure quality, design standards, and timely completion of assigned projects.
