Job summary

Rama Medicare in Noida Head Office (Sector 62) is seeking an Interior Designer with 5-6 years of experience to plan layouts, design in 3D, and supervise project execution. The role requires strong material knowledge and cost awareness, coordinating with vendors and on-site teams to deliver high-quality interiors.

The candidate will handle client briefs, develop 2D/3D drawings, source materials, and manage timelines from design through completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2D layout planning and space planning as per client brief.
• Expertise in 3D design, renders, walkthroughs and detailed working drawings.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials and finishes (plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.).
• Experience with costing, BOQ, budgeting and cost control.
• Supervision of on-site activities and coordination with vendors and contractors.
• Ability to manage timelines and ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan 2D layouts and furniture layouts per client requirements.
• Create 3D designs, renders, walkthroughs and working drawings.
• Select materials and finishes, estimate costs.
• Prepare BOQ and budget, monitor costs.
• Supervise site, take measurements, ensure quality and timely completion.

Job Description

• Good experience in Planning - 2D layout planning, furniture planning and space planning as per client requirements
• Expertise in 3D Creation - 3D designs, renders, walkthroughs and working drawings with proper detailing
• Strong knowledge of Material - plywood, HDHMR, veneer, laminate, acrylic, stone, marble, corian, glass, hardware, lights, paint, wallpaper, curtains etc.
• Knowledge of Costing - Preparing BOQ, estimation, budgeting and controlling project cost as per budget
• Complete Execution knowledge wardrobe, furniture, false ceiling, lighting, electrical, POP, painting, flooring
• Supervision - site supervision, measurements, quality checking and timely completion of work
• Handling carpenter, POP, painter, electrician team and coordinating with vendors, contractor
• Material selection, sampling.
