Job summary

Livspace is seeking an Interior Designer to translate client conversations into modular design concepts and present selections with confidence. You will manage client communication, capture needs, and iterate design directions based on feedback.

You will own the sales funnel, ensure quality design deliverables, and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to installation, aligning with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in architecture or design (B.Arch / B.Des / Btech Civil or Bsc Design).
• Minimum 2 years experience as Interior Designer.
• Led 2–4 residential modular KWS projects.
• Proficient in design tools, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create modular designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Arch / B.Des /Btech Civil or design/ Bsc Design
• Minimum experience of 2 years as an Interior Designer.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 2 to 4 residential modular KWS projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
• Conceptual Design: Expertise in layout, style and mood boards.
• Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation.
• Modular Design: Material knowledge, aesthetics and functionality, and module planning.
• Civil Works & Services: Knowledge of specifications and installation details.
• Project Expertise: Creating BoQs for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies.
• Sales Expertise: Sales closure through a logical and trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
• Behavioural Attributes: Result-oriented, teamwork, integrity and ethics, and crisp and meaningful communication.
• A high degree of willingness to learn and the ability to drive performance among independent team members.
