Job summary

Decotales Interior Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a dynamic sales consultant to manage assigned leads, understand client requirements, and drive design-focused conversations at the Experience Centre, virtually, or on-site.

You will present design concepts and quotations, build strong relationships, coordinate with Design, Projects, and Accounts teams, and ensure smooth handoffs with complete project details. A passion for home interiors and the ability to meet monthly targets will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned leads and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
• Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
• Conduct consultations through Experience Centre visits, virtual meetings, or site visits.
• Present design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, and product offerings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and explain pricing transparently.
• Build strong customer relationships and address objections professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, approvals, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate effectively with Design, Customer Success, Projects, and Accounts teams.
• Ensure smooth project handover with complete customer and project details.
