Wiley Publishing is seeking an Intercompany Accounts Executive for a hybrid position in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves supporting intercompany accounting close activities, reconciliations, and issue resolution across global entities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or accounting certification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in shared service or general accounting roles. Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across global time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Perform intercompany accounting activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Investigate and resolve intercompany differences.
  • Support preparation of intercompany reports and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts to clear reconciling items and ensure timely resolution.
  • Obtain required approvals for debit/credit notes to offset variances.
  • Review intercompany reconciliations and escalate unresolved issues as per escalation matrix.
  • Support preparation of intercompany reports, KPIs, and audit requirements.
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across regions.
  • Support transition of new intercompany activities into the Accounting Shared Services Center (ASC) and assist with documentation and stabilization.
