Role Description

This is a full time on‑site role for an Intensivist based in Navi Mumbai. The Intensivist will be responsible for overseeing the care of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. Day‑to‑day tasks will include patient management, ventilator management, supervising critical care interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring adherence to evidence‑based practice guidelines. The Intensivist will also contribute to educating and training medical staff in critical care practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pulmonology, Medicine, and Anesthesiology
• Proficiency in Critical Care Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
• Solid decision‑making and problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure environments
• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities, especially in collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• MD, DNB, or equivalent qualification in Critical Care or related specialties
• Relevant certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is advantageous
• Experience in managing ICU patients and advanced life‑support systems is highly desirable
