The Intensivist (MBBS) will provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex conditions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patients, ordering and interpreting investigations, initiating and adjusting treatment plans, and coordinating multidisciplinary care with nursing, anesthesiology, and other specialties. The role involves participation in clinical rounds, documentation of patient progress, and adherence to evidence-based protocols and infection control standards. The Intensivist will also communicate with families about patient status and treatment options, support quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to training and guidance of ICU staff. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Garhwa.
