Job summary

People Prime Worldwide is seeking an experienced SmartStream IntelliMatch Developer in India to design, configure, develop, test, and support reconciliation solutions. The role requires collaboration with business, operations, technology, and application teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of financial transactions.

Preference for candidates with Nostro, Cash, Securities, Trade, Payments, GL, or Bank Account Reconciliation experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SmartStream IntelliMatch in a development/configuration role.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation and transaction matching processes.
• Ability to configure matching rules, tolerances and reconciliation workflows.
• Experience in investigating reconciliation breaks and root cause analysis.

We are looking for an experienced SmartStream IntelliMatch Developer with strong hands-on experience in reconciliation, transaction matching, exception management, and financial data processing.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, testing, and supporting reconciliation solutions using SmartStream IntelliMatch. The role requires close collaboration with business users, operations teams, technology teams, and upstream/downstream application teams to ensure accurate and efficient reconciliation of financial transactions.

Candidates with experience in Nostro, Cash, Securities, Trade, Payments, GL, or Bank Account Reconciliation will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

IntelliMatch Development & Configuration

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain reconciliation solutions using SmartStream IntelliMatch.
• Configure reconciliation models based on business and functional requirements.
• Configure matching rules, matching criteria, tolerances, thresholds, and reconciliation rules.
• Configure workflows for automated and manual reconciliation processes.
• Configure exception management and investigation workflows.
• Implement business rules for transaction matching and reconciliation.
• Support enhancements and changes to existing reconciliation models.

Reconciliation

• Develop and support reconciliation processes for high-volume financial transactions.
• Work on automated and manual reconciliation processes.
• Analyze and resolve reconciliation breaks and unmatched transactions.
• Investigate differences between source and target systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis for reconciliation exceptions.
• Configure appropriate matching strategies to reduce false breaks and improve auto-match rates.
• Monitor reconciliation results and identify recurring breaks.
• Work with business/operations teams to define appropriate reconciliation rules and tolerances.
