Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an Intelligent Automation Developer in Bangalore to design, build, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, including UiPath Agents, Maestro, and AI Center.

You will amend code, test solutions, and prepare automations for production, acting as SME in RPA development, collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining UiPath infrastructure across environments.

Experience providing RPA Development Solutions Intelligent Automation - UiPath (UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro, etc) Programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell or VBA AI Center – AI enabled automation uses cases.

Job Title: Intelligent Automation Developer

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using automation technologies, particularly UiPath.
Extensive experience amending code, testing solutions and preparing automations for production go-live.
Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in Robotic Process Automation development and technologies, especially UiPath.
Experience working in iterative development environments.
Strong proficiency in UiPath.
Experience using UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro and AI Center to support agentic automation, process orchestration and AI-enabled automation use cases.
Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate and articulate RPA solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience contributing to the development of RPA capability, standards and reusable assets.
Experience working with databases such as SQL.
Experience building and maintaining UiPath infrastructure.
Experience creating attended and unattended bots.
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell or VBA.
Experience in process optimisation.
Experience maintaining and managing Orchestrator across multiple processes and environments.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and confident taking initiative without always being directed.
Strong time and project management skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Excellent attention to detail.
