Job summary

ZeroFox is seeking an Intelligence Analyst for the Deep and Darkweb Desk. Join a team protecting customers from digital and physical security threats using our hybrid intelligence platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or CS with 4–6 years in intelligence analysis.
• Experience managing intelligence collection efforts and working with multiple intelligence sources.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with blended domestic/onshore teams.
• Familiarity with dark/deep web, OSINT, threat feeds, and cybersecurity operations.
• Experience producing clear, actionable intelligence reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and gather cyber threat information from OSINT, dark web, and threat feeds.
• Identify, track, and assess emerging threats including APTs and malware.
• Develop detailed intelligence reports on threat actors, TTPs, and trends.
• Mentor junior analysts in collection techniques and data validation.
• Collaborate with leadership to design strategic collection plans.
• Allocate resources and tools to prioritize intelligence needs.
• Identify gaps in collection and implement new tools/techniques.
• Implement automation to improve speed and accuracy of intelligence analysis.

Job description

As aIntelligence Analyst-Deep and Darkweb Desk, you will join ZeroFox’sIntelligenceTeam: a group ofanalystswho dedicate themselves to protecting customers and their assets from digital and physical security threats. With our proprietary hybridintelligenceplatforms and methodologies, you will utilize your collection, analysis, and scripting skills to identify threats and generateintelligenceto assess risk to our customer base. Threatintelligenceactivities include tracking current and emerging threats covering cyber crime and various forms of malicious exploitation. Requirements

• Work independently and collaboratively with a blended team of domestic and onshore teams
• Support ad hoc, client-specific requests
• Follow best practices of operational security and maintain adherence to relevant laws and policies to safeguard sources, methods, and sensitive information.
• Coordinate and gather cyber threat information from various channels, including (OSINT), commercial threat feeds, the dark/deep web, and proprietary platforms with ensured quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Identify, track, and assess emerging threats, including cyber threats, APTs (Advanced Persistent Threats), malware, and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and produce detailedintelligencereports on threat actors, their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and emerging threats, to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Stay informed and maintain a detailed understanding of the global threat landscape, including geopolitical events, emerging technologies, and industry-specific threats.
• Research and recommend new tools and technologies that enhance the threatintelligencecapabilities to ensure high-quality reports and relevant data is being ingested.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship, training junioranalystsin collection techniques, data validation, andintelligenceprocessing methods.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to design and implement strategic collection plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritizeintelligenceneeds and allocate appropriate resources and tools.
• Identify gaps in collection processes and recommend new tools, technologies, and techniques to improve operational effectiveness andintelligenceaccuracy.
• Implement automation and orchestration to improve the speed and accuracy ofintelligenceanalysis and response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 4 to 6 years of experience inintelligenceanalysis, with a focus on collection operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managingintelligencecollection efforts and proven experience working with multipleintelligencesources
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively across diverse team
• In-depth understanding of cyber threats, adversarial tactics (TTPs), malware analysis, and cybersecurity operations.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionableintelligence.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and operate within strict security protocols.
• Strong proficiency in usingintelligencecollection tools and software
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms and statistical analysis tools.
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills, with experience in producing clear and actionableintelligencereports.
