Key Responsibilities
  • Applies engineering principles in Mechanical, Materials or Metallurgical engineering discipline.
  • Analysis of operating parameters, PFDs, PIDs, sampling and inspection reports.
  • Capable of identifying damage mechanisms and corrosion loops.
  • Develop and implement IOW/EROE health management dashboard.
  • Monitoring and surveillance of integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream.
  • Troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and addressing them in Chemical Management Team meetings and at Stewardship.
  • Should be conversant with code applicability and material selection criteria.
  • Knowledge on CR, RL, FFS & RBI.

Work Experience
  • Degree: Engineering degree in Metallurgy, Chemical, or Petrochemical Engineering.
  • 2-6+ years in oil & gas industry (onshore/offshore/pipeline projects and design); Refining and petrochemicals experience is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with materials and damage/corrosion mechanism with Industrial standards – API, NACE, ASME.
  • Must have certification of qualification API 571, 580, NACE CP/CIP/Corrosion Technologist.
  • Demonstrated organizational, coordination, planning, interface and technical judgment skills.
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
  • Good leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.
