Job summary

Freight Tiger is seeking an Integration Lead to own end-to-end customer integration delivery between the Freight Tiger platform and customer ERP, SAP and third-party systems. The role blends technical design, delivery leadership, and customer engagement.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams, Integration Solution Engineers, Product, Engineering and DevOps to move integrations from requirements to production, with potential to act as IC or team lead based on experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, API integration or technical delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere or similar platform.
• Proficient with REST APIs, SOAP, webhooks, JSON/XML and data transformations.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integrations (IDoc, RFC/JCo or OData preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own customer integration requirements and act as the primary technical integration contact.
• Lead requirement and solution-design discussions with customer IT/SAP teams.
• Define integration architecture, interfaces, data mappings and dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end integrations: design, development, SIT/UAT, go-live and hypercare.
• Mentor Integration Solution Engineers and review technical implementations.
• Ensure security, error handling, retry and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, DevOps and external partners.
• Produce and maintain integration documentation and reusable patterns.

About The Role

Freight Tiger is looking for an Integration Lead to own end-to-end customer integration delivery between the Freight Tiger platform and customer ERP, SAP and Third party systems. The role combines technical integration expertise, solution design, customer engagement and delivery ownership. The person will work with customer IT/SAP teams, Integration Solution Engineers, Product, Engineering and DevOps to take integrations from requirements to production. This can be a strong IC or a team‑lead role, depending on experience. The person should be comfortable designing solutions, guiding engineers, managing delivery and resolving production issues.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Solution Ownership

• Own customer integration requirements and act as the primary technical integration contact.
• Lead requirement and solution-design discussions with customer IT/SAP teams.
• Understand business flows and translate them into practical integration solutions.
• Define integration architecture, interfaces, data mappings and dependencies.
• Identify risks, effort and technical constraints early.

Integration Delivery

• Drive integrations end-to-end: Design Development SIT/UAT Go-Live Hypercare.
• Guide Integration Solution Engineers and review their technical implementation.
• Work hands-on with Dell Boomi or other similar integration platform, APIs and data transformations when required.
• Ensure appropriate security, error handling, retry and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, DevOps and external implementation partners.

Delivery & Production

• Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and customer commitments.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers and risks.
• Support customer go-lives and production troubleshooting.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of integration issues.
• Maintain key integration documentation and reusable implementation patterns.

Team Contribution

• Mentor and provide technical direction to Integration Solution Engineers.
• Contribute to integration standards, reusable patterns and improved delivery practices.
• People management experience is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, API integration or technical delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere or a similar integration platform.
• Good experience with REST APIs, SOAP, webhooks, JSON/XML and data transformation.
• Practical experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integrations, preferably IDoc, RFC/JCo or OData.
• Understanding of authentication, certificates, networking and cloud connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, middleware and integration layers.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple integration deliveries independently.
• Experience guiding or mentoring engineers is preferred.
