Job summary

OmnifiCX is hiring an Integration Lead who will design, build, and lead scalable integration solutions across enterprise applications. This role collaborates with business and engineering teams to set architecture, promote best practices, and ensure secure, reliable delivery.

As an Integration Lead, will be responsible for designing, building, and leading scalable integration solutions across enterprise applications. This position will work closely with business and engineering teams to establish integration architecture, drive best practices, and ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture & Solution Design:
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures.
• Define integration patterns for APIs, events, messaging, and file-based integrations.
• Establish architecture standards, error handling, monitoring, security, and performance practices.
• Integration Development & Delivery:
• Lead end-to-end integration design and delivery using Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or similar platforms.
• Design integrations across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• API & Integration Management:
• Design and manage REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and integration interfaces.
• Define authentication, authorization, error handling, logging, and monitoring standards.
• Technical Leadership & Governance:
• Guide integration developers and provide technical direction.
• Review solution designs, code, and configurations.
• Drive reusable frameworks, standards, and delivery best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization:
• Resolve complex integration and production issues.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and improve reliability.
• Define retry, alerting, and operational support mechanisms.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Work with customers, architects, product teams, and engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into integration solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and support technical enablement.

Experience and Skills

Minimum

• 8+ years of experience in application and enterprise integration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one integration platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or similar.
• Strong experience in integration architecture and solution design.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, webhooks, messaging, and file-based integrations.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, eCommerce, OMS, WMS, or similar enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of data transformation, mapping, error handling, logging, monitoring, and security.

Preferred

• Experience with cloud-based integration and API management.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and automated deployment.
• Relevant Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration certification.
