Job summary

Talpro is seeking a senior Java software engineer based in Bangalore to design, develop, and implement scalable web services. The candidate will work with a modern stack including Microservices, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS, ensuring robust, high-performance applications.

The role requires strong OO design, experience with distributed systems, and a track record of delivering complex software in AWS environments. This position is Bangalore-based and full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or related technical field or equivalent technology experience.
• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible software development in a web services-based environment.
• Strong experience in OO design patterns and Java development.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming technology.
• Knowledge of middleware interfaces (ETL, ESB, Web Services, SOAP, XML).
• Networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP).
• 4+ years of RDBMS/NoSQL design/development experience.
