Jobtailor is seeking a skilled MuleSoft Integration Engineer to design and implement API-led connectivity across Experience, Process, and System layers. You will author RAML/OAS specs, publish them to Anypoint Exchange, and deploy on CloudHub 2.0 with secure connectivity to on-premises and cloud systems.
You will collaborate with product, QA, and data teams to ensure robust mappings, data contracts, and scalable pipelines.
Design and develop API-led connectivity solutions across Experience, Process, and System layers using MuleSoft
Author RAML/OAS specifications in Anypoint Design Center and publish them to Anypoint Exchange
Build, deploy, and manage integration applications on CloudHub 2.0
Configure CloudHub VPCs, shared load balancers, static IPs, and private/public endpoints
Deploy and manage applications in Anypoint Private Space with secure connectivity to on-premises or VPC-peered systems
Support Runtime Fabric, self-managed Kubernetes/VM, and hybrid on-premises/cloud deployments
Develop DataWeave 2.0 transformations across JSON, XML, CSV, and EDI payloads
Build file-based data onboarding pipelines with parsing, validation, transformation, enrichment, retries, and replay
Develop data validation frameworks with configurable rules, audit logging, and exception reporting
Integrate systems through Database, HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP, File, and SQS connectors
Design resilient messaging and event-driven integrations using Amazon SQS, Anypoint MQ, Kafka, or JMS
Build inbound and outbound X12 EDI integrations and acknowledgments under HIPAA standards
Collaborate with product, QA, and data teams on data contracts, mappings, and integration designs
Monitor, debug, and optimize integrations and pipelines using logs, dashboards, and performance metrics
Build reusable libraries, connectors, templates, and documentation
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, artifact versioning, environment promotion, and rollback
Manage the API lifecycle using Anypoint Exchange, API Manager, and Runtime Manager
Enforce API policies including rate limiting, throttling, OAuth 2.0/JWT, client-ID enforcement, and IP allowlisting
Design RESTful APIs using REST principles and versioning strategies
Apply MuleSoft best practices for layering, DataWeave modules, error handling, modularization, and performance tuning
Participate in on-call rotations and production incident response, including root-cause analysis and post-incident documentation
Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft, with strong capabilities in DataWeave transformations and integration application management on CloudHub. Proficient in implementing CI/CD pipelines, API lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards for EDI integrations.
