Job description

Qualifications and Experience

• Understanding of Cloud concepts and virtualization.
• At least intermediate level proficiency in Unix/Linux.
• Minimum 5 years of IP networking experience on Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, HP switches.
• Kubernetes with CKA (Linux Foundation) – Must.
• Exposure to NFVI/CNIS domain and capability to quickly ramp‑up to Ericsson NFVI/CNIS products.
• Experience in system installation, integration and verification with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Python / Ansible / Shell scripting skills (additional).
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Task oriented, self‑driven and adaptable to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work as per project timezone.

Note: IP skills plus Linux/Unix skills are mandatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• System integration and verification of Ericsson Cloud NFVI/CNIS solutions in Telco Core network.
• Develop proficiency in Ericsson NFVI/CNIS products – ECCD, CCD, SDI, SDI3, CEE – for deployment to customer networks.
• Participate in PoC projects with Cloud PDU in emerging areas such as 5G, IoT, Edge NFVI, Distributed Cloud.
• Service delivery of cloud solutions into deployment, integration and upgrade of Ericsson Telco Cloud.
