  • Environment Management: Take end-to-end ownership of deploying, configuring, and maintaining interfaces across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation for all new and existing integration workflows, applications, and interfaces.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain a proactive mindset to master system architectures, adopt new technologies, and stay up to date with evolving HL7 standards and interface engine features (e.g., Mirth Connect, Kailo).
Required Skills
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands‑on experience developing and maintaining interfaces for healthcare application integrations.
  • Interface Engines: Proven expertise in at least one major interface engine, such as Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), Rhapsody, Kailo, or Cloverleaf.
  • Healthcare Standards: Sound understanding of HL7 v2 standards (specifically ADT, ORM, and ORU message types) and DICOM standards.
  • Workflow Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical applications and workflows, including RIS, PACS, PACS Viewers, Radiology reporting worklists, and overall Orders/Results workflows in Radiology.
  • Problem Solving: Sound analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex production issues in RIS/Imaging environments.
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with client IT teams and vendors.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs, priorities, and tight deadlines.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with the Kailo interface engine.
