Job summary

Jio is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to support satellite integration and test for a LEO constellation. You will execute AIT activities per procedures, support environmental campaigns (vibration, TVAC, acoustic/shock), and maintain test and configuration records as part of the integration and test team.

You will capture anomalies, log non-conformances, and coordinate with subsystem, quality, and design teams during integration and test.

Qualifications

• Experience in AIT or testing in aerospace or high-reliability industries.
• Ability to execute AIT and integration tests.
• Experience with vibration, TVAC, acoustic or shock testing and EGSE.

Responsibilities

• Execute AIT activities per procedures, including subsystem integration and system-level tests.
• Support environmental test campaigns (vibration, TVAC, acoustic/shock) and EGSE operations.
• Capture, log, and report anomalies and non-conformances; support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain test logs, as-run procedures, data records, and configuration and as-built records.

Job description

Support satellite integration and test for the LEO satellite constellation. The role executes assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities per procedures, supports environmental test campaigns, captures anomalies, and maintains test and configuration records, as part of the integration and test team.

Job Responsibilities:

Integration & Test Execution

• Execute AIT activities per procedures, including subsystem integration and system-level functional tests.
• Support environmental test campaigns, including vibration, thermal-vacuum (TVAC), and where applicable acoustic and shock, and operate or support electrical ground support equipment (EGSE).
• Prepare and follow integration and test procedures, and support test-readiness reviews.

Anomaly Capture & Records

• Capture, log, and report anomalies and non-conformances during AIT, and support root-cause and corrective action.
• Maintain test logs, as-run procedures, data records, and configuration and as-built records.

Coordinate with the subsystem, quality, and design teams during integration and test.

• AIT activities executed to procedure, including functional and environmental testing.
• EGSE-supported test execution, with test-readiness reviews supported.
• Anomalies captured, logged, and reported, with corrective actions supported.
• Test logs, as-run procedures, and configuration and as-built records maintained.

Skills required:

• Experience in AIT or testing, preferably in aerospace or another high-reliability industry.
• Assembly, integration, and test (AIT) execution.
• Functional and environmental testing (vibration, TVAC, acoustic, shock) and EGSE.

Education Qualification:
