Job description

Integra is hiring for Head of IT who is responsible for overseeing the overall management and strategic direction of the organization’s information technology department. They will lead a team of IT professionals, manage IT projects and initiatives, and ensure the efficient and secure operation of the organization’s technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing and guiding the Infrastructure team to accomplish their projects and day-to-day tasks and maintaining IT infrastructure SLA.
2. Experience in Hybrid Cloud, and implement & managing and migrating to Azure Cloud.
3. Overall Accountable for IT Support Function.
4. Develop and manage the IT budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing cost-efficiency.
5. Driving continual improvement projects and achieving targeted savings.
6. Review of license utilization, ensuring software compliance.
7. Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring cost-effective technologies implementation.
8. Ensuring uptime of all critical IT infrastructure.
9. Business continuity planning – developing and deploying BCM strategies.
10. Contributing expertise regarding complex problem resolution, solution design, and troubleshooting in the area of network and server infrastructure and database and file system, customer support, and data centre and cloud/SAAS management.
11. Review of IT critical activities for effectiveness and improving efficiency.
12. IT resources skills enhancement and manpower optimization.
13. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in IT to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in IT management, with a track record of leading successful IT initiatives and teams.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies, including networks, servers, databases, security, and cloud computing.
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, and standards.
5. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
6. Strong business acumen and the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
