Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end KYC reviews for Commercial Banking clients, including onboarding, remediation, and periodic refresh activities.
• Conduct CIP, CDD, and EDD reviews in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Validate customer documentation including legal entity documents and ownership information.
• Analyze ownership structures and risk profiles to identify financial crime risks.
• Be an individual contributor within a team, possibly in rotational shifts.

• Looking for someone with Commercial KYC experience along with EDD, ACDD knowledge
• Above 2 years hands on experience in Commercial KYC
• Strong knowledge of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and periodic KYC refresh reviews
• Ability to analyze business structures, beneficial ownership, related parties, and customer risk profiles.
• Expertise in validating legal entity documents, tax identification details, incorporation records
